Young Learners Teacher Training Course is designed for pre-service and in-service teachers and administrators looking for a better foundation in teaching learners aged between three and thirteen. If you are already a teacher of YLs or you wish to begin your career as a teacher of YLs, then this course is for you to unlearn outdated practices, the latest trends and relearn best practices in teaching children.
Phonics Teacher Training Course is designed for pre-service and in-service teachers, administrators, and even caring parents looking for superior foundation skills in teaching learners aged between four and twelve. If you are already a teacher of (Very) Young Learners, or you wish to begin your career as a teacher of (Very) Young Learners, this course is for you to unlearn outdated practices, learn the latest trends, and the best practices in teaching reading and writing through the Phonics Based Instruction.
To enroll in this course, you should be at least at the Independent User B1 level (CEFR). To evaluate your English proficiency, click on the link below and follow the instructions:
MLA24.com online courses are asynchronous (i.e. you can log in any time). You should plan to spend approximately ten hours a week. Each module offers a variety of interactive tasks including video clips, readings, discussions, projects, and quizzes. You must score 70% or higher on each module’s quiz to qualify for the next module. Once you have successfully completed the course, you will receive a certificate of completion detailing your hours of professional development during the program.
