This course is designed to learn how to manage a language school for (Very) Young Learners (aged between three and thirteen). The course will help you become a highly competent investster, director, manager, and investor in the field of English language teaching.

Divided into eight modules, this foundation level course is scheduled as follows:

  • Week 1: Launching an ESL/EFL-based business – Reviewing educational learning theories
  • Week 2: Guidelines on staff recruitment – Vetting teachers for recruitment
  • Week 3: Managing financial resources – Devising school policies
  • Week 4: Establishing robust infrastructure – Curriculum design
  • Week 5: Evaluating teaching and learning process – Organizational rules and regulations
